[Dec-2025] My collaboration with Arash Kazemi and Shad Roundy at the University of Utah and Susan Trollier-McKinstry at Penn state led to an exciting paper analyzing flexoelectric nano-structures using mixed finite element analysis. Our paper, "Flexoelectricity in structured solids: Stacking and strain-gradient modulation", is now published in International Journal of Mechanical Sciences (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0020740325012007). The paper can be accessed for free until February 06, 2026.
[Nov-2025] Our paper, "Bounds on the uniaxial effective complex permittivity tensor of two-phase composites and optimal or near optimal microstructures", is now available online in JMPS, and is part of the 65th anniversary issue of JMPS in honor of Pedro Ponte Castañeda (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S002250962500403X).
